Who We Are
Need help getting more customers? Motivating customers to become loyal fans? Growing your sales? Let’s talk.
Lori Jo Vest
Partner | Digital
Co-founder of PopSpeed Digital Marketing with her husband Ron Wingard, has spent 20+ years of her career helping companies and brands create connected, positive relationships with PEOPLE that result in sales. As a business-to-business sales and marketing director, managing director of a teleproduction studio, and most recently, as a social media content creator and community builder, she’s worked with companies – large and small – to help them drive sales results through business development, digital marketing, and customer service.
She’s written two books (with co-author Marilyn Suttle) about connecting with customers so that they become loyal fans. The first, entitled: “Who’s Your Gladys? How to Turn Even the Most Difficult Customer into Your Biggest Fan,” is currently in print in both English and Chinese. In May 2016, the second book – “Taming Gladys! The Busy Leader’s Guide to Creating Fierce Customer Loyalty” – was released and became an Amazon bestseller in the customer service category in Canada, Germany, and the U.S.
Lori has parlayed these interests and skills into social media content creation, speaking, and consulting. And since she’s a social media and marketing fanatic, she’s extremely fortunate to have had a gig as senior social media copywriter and conversation manager at an advertising agency for eight years. That engagement ended in early 2018, and PopSpeed Digital Marketing was born.
Ron Wingard
Partner | Development
Co-founder of PopSpeed, has a background as a quality engineer in the automotive industry. A need for quality communication creation (PPT decks, flyers, and websites) led his team manager to lean on Ron’s natural design and technical skills to create high-level presentations for executives, the media, and consumers.
After leaving General Motors in 2008, Ron founded wingWEB solutions, a website development company. Through WWS, he created websites for musicians, mid-sized companies, and nonprofits for ten years, before forming PopSpeed with Lori in 2018.
Ron’s long game is to open an automotive speed shop – also called PopSpeed, of course – where he can spend his time modifying muscle cars. His current project car is a 2007 Shelby Mustang GT #0115.
