Who We Are

Need help getting more customers? Motivating customers to become loyal fans? Growing your sales? Let’s talk.

Lori Jo Vest

Partner | Digital

Co-founder of PopSpeed Digital Marketing with her husband Ron Wingard, has spent 20+ years of her career helping companies and brands create connected, positive relationships with PEOPLE that result in sales. As a business-to-business sales and marketing director, managing director of a teleproduction studio, and most recently, as a social media content creator and community builder, she’s worked with companies – large and small – to help them drive sales results through business development, digital marketing, and customer service.

She’s written two books (with co-author Marilyn Suttle) about connecting with customers so that they become loyal fans. The first, entitled: “Who’s Your Gladys? How to Turn Even the Most Difficult Customer into Your Biggest Fan,” is currently in print in both English and Chinese. In May 2016, the second book – “Taming Gladys! The Busy Leader’s Guide to Creating Fierce Customer Loyalty” – was released and became an Amazon bestseller in the customer service category in Canada, Germany, and the U.S.

Lori has parlayed these interests and skills into social media content creation, speaking, and consulting. And since she’s a social media and marketing fanatic, she’s extremely fortunate to have had a gig as senior social media copywriter and conversation manager at an advertising agency for eight years. That engagement ended in early 2018, and PopSpeed Digital Marketing was born.

Ron Wingard

Partner | Development

Co-founder of PopSpeed, has a background as a quality engineer in the automotive industry. A need for quality communication creation (PPT decks, flyers, and websites) led his team manager to lean on Ron’s natural design and technical skills to create high-level presentations for executives, the media, and consumers.

After leaving General Motors in 2008, Ron founded wingWEB solutions, a website development company. Through WWS, he created websites for musicians, mid-sized companies, and nonprofits for ten years, before forming PopSpeed with Lori in 2018.

Ron’s long game is to open an automotive speed shop – also called PopSpeed, of course – where he can spend his time modifying muscle cars. His current project car is a 2007 Shelby Mustang GT #0115.

Kiley Transit

Kiley Transit

Digital Specialist

Kiley started with PSDM as a part-time employee amidst the chaos of the early pandemic in 2020. By April 2021, she was starting out as our first full-time hire as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Her favorite part of being on the growing team has been helping our diverse clients achieve their meaningful missions. If you asked, Kiley would tell you that she’s always craved professional settings that enable her to have a positive impact on the world. At PSDM, so many of our clients accomplish truly amazing things – this is something that Kiley aligned with instantly. Beyond that, she’s enjoying a workplace culture that empowers her and is committed to being different.

Before PSDM, Kiley attended Lourdes University in Sylvania, OH where she studied Business Marketing focusing on Communications and Media Studies while also pursuing her dream of playing college soccer. She loved learning on and off the field and still attributes some of her best skills she possesses to her life as a collegiate athlete.

She previously worked with the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce as its Marketing and Events Assistant, and with the Detroit Zoological Society as a Private Events Coordinator. When 2020 forced an abrupt career shift, she struggled to find the silver lining at first. Today though, she’s loving the digital marketing life in a company and role that makes her excited to get out of bed each day.
